Terms & Conditions

Company Policy

BILLING

A minimum 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve any vehicle balance due 30 days prior to all dates reserved. All deposits are non-refundable. Any balances due 14 days or less in advance of the event must be paid in cash, credit card, or bank certified funds or reservations could be and will be canceled without notice. Time shall begin when the vehicle departs from the terminal and end when the vehicle returns to the terminal for all non-local services. Refunds, there are no refunds for unused time. In the rare event that we cannot provide service due to weather, mechanical breakdown, driver actions, or any condition beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute an appropriate vehicle or refund the client's deposit. If such an event should occur during an event, we will refund the client for all unused time.

 

In the event a cancellation is necessary, all cancellations must be sent via certified mail, at least 90 days prior to the event. A Rescheduling fee of $75.00 per vehicle will be charged if a time or date change is necessary. In order to grant a rescheduling date or time balance must be paid in full including any additional fees for rescheduling. Full payment is due for all cancellations with less than 60 days’ notice. In the event of a city shut down, pandemic, or any official government interruption client will be offered a credit of full value to be used within a year of the original service date, after one year from the original date of service client will have no further recourse. 

DEPOSITS

The following services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking:  Proms, Night on the Town, Concerts, Weddings, or Special Events in our limousines or mini-coach. Six and Ten- Passenger Limousines require a $100 deposit and our Executive mini-coach requires a $200 deposit.  Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions that result in the inability to traverse the roads.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is based on 20% client has the option to include at the time of reservation or pay directly to the drivers in cash. In the event, that the gratuity is not collected at the time of booking or at the time of services FIRST PRIORITY will charge 20% to the credit card on file to cover the gratuity in full. (Confirmation receipt will be your acknowledgment of services rendered)

CANCELLATION

Prepaid Transportation services are required.

DAMAGES

1. $250.00 minimum cleanup for extensive cleanup (spill, etc.)

2. $200.00 detailing and waxing (due to sickness exterior)

3. $350.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior)

4. $500.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery

5. $500.00 minimum for each act of vandalism.

6. Downtime is subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in the contract First Priority cannot guarantee the availability of overtime.

CLEANING

The client is responsible for the excessive trash and un-­normal debris in relation to the use of any limousine. Some reservations may require a Damage/Cleanup Security Deposit for late-night runs. Security Deposit min $350.00 refunded within 3­-5 business days after completion of all services. This deposit is collected by the driver in cash or a hold could be placed on the credit card to secure it. Furthermore, all rules will apply below for security deposit refunds regardless of collected or not all rules still apply. If anyone in the party vomits in the vehicle a $500.00 charge will be added to the card on file.

OVERAGES & WAIT TIMES

Airport:  Please meet the driver as soon as you get your luggage.  There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights or within the first  60 minutes after the touchdown of all international flights. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be charged $15 every 15 minutes until the passenger meets the driver. 

 

Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Once 16 minutes have passed, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the scheduled pickup time.

PICK-UP / DROP-OFF LOCATIONS

AIRPORT ARRIVALS
We constantly monitor the flight arrival information that you provide to us. Please call our office as soon as possible if there is a change in your flight information. We will meet you upon arrival, just look for our chauffeurs holding a “FIRST PRIORITY” sign with your last name. In addition, all our cars have “FIRST PRIORITY” vanity plates and our chauffeurs are in black uniforms to make us easy to find.

 

New Orleans (MSY) Airport:  Our vehicles are restricted to waiting in a security zone until ten (10) minutes after your flight lands and only ten (10) minutes at the terminal to meet and load you into the vehicle. You should call our office when you are ready to meet your driver and we will dispatch the car to the terminal to meet you.  

NO SHOW POLICY

Airport:  If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location for the arriving flight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with First Priority after 45 minutes for domestic flights or 60 minutes for international flights you will be considered a  “No Show” and billed the full fee including the base rate, driver gratuity, and any accumulated expenses. If you can't locate your vehicle,  DO NOT LEAVE! Call our office and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.

 

Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, you will be billed a full charge for the quoted price including base rate, driver gratuity, and any accumulated expenses. If you can't locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call our office and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.

PASSENGER BEHAVIOR

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the Sprinter/Luxury vehicle as well as legal and collection fees, caused during the duration of the rental by themselves, or any members of their party. Drugs and weapons are prohibited by law and will result in immediate termination of services, without any refund. The extension of the head, arms, feet, legs, or any other body parts through the open roof or windows is strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. No alcoholic beverages will be consumed by underage passengers. The driver reserves the right to terminate all services, without refund, if any passengers in the party violate any of these conditions or any other laws. Without refund, the driver also reserves the right to terminate all services if passenger(s) become unruly, or behave in a dangerous manner. 

SMOKING

No Food or No Smoking Is Allowed in any vehicle

No Exceptions! 
All of our vehicles are nonsmoking!

THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR… SMOKING CHARGE MIN $500.00 PLUS DAMAGES

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

Drugs and weapons are prohibited by law and will result in immediate termination of services, without any refund. 

LOST ITEMS

First Priority its employees, or contractors are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle at any time.
